The Bristol Good Food Diaries are Back!

Write a diary to receive £20 FREE local produce from fresh-range plus win a Sims Hill veg box!!
Bristol Food Network have teamed up again with Knowle West Media Centre and the Bristol Food Connections Festival to bring you the “Good Food Diaries”.

It’s your chance to show off what you’re doing between 1st & 9th May towards making Bristol a truly sustainable food city.

There are loads of topics you can cover in your diary – here are a few examples:

– If you shop in supermarkets all the time, why not try shopping independently for the duration of the festival?
– If you never cook, aim to cook from scratch for a few days.
– Sow some veg seeds!
– See if you can avoid wasting food for 10 days.

Still need inspiration? Check out Kristin’s diary about shopping with Bristol Pounds from last year.

How do you get involved?

  1. Sign-up to MyBristol and create your profile, adding a short biog.
  2. Write your first blog post. In the “Title” field give a name to your challenge (e.g. Shop Local challenge), then in “Description” tell us a bit more about what you’re going to be doing during Food Connections for your Good Food Challenge. Add a photo.

  4. Click on “Post”
