On the 9th of June 2017, Bristol Food Connections will bring together over 300 chefs, farmers, food producers, retailers and community projects for ‘We Are Food! A gathering of the Bristol food community.’

Our event unexpectedly falls the day after the UK General Election. So if you’ve had enough of the political nit-wittery and want to come and be inspired by the food community building a kinder, more collaborative, more delicious city, then pick up tickets quickly as space is very limited.

Expect inspiring speakers who will explore how we feed ourselves in a changing world; start pondering whether stories have the power to help us change the way we eat; hear leading examples of cross-sector innovation, and catch up on plans for Food Connections 2018!

It’s going to be a jam-packed day of future food thinking, generating ideas and building new relationships. Our aim is to leave you inspired to shout about the uniquely independent and creative food culture of our remarkably forward-thinking city.

Tickets cost £10.00 + booking fee, to include a delicious, seasonal feast for lunch, cooked up by Bristol chef Barny Haughton and students from the city of Bristol college.
